The Golf Day, recently held at Sweetwoods Park on Friday the 8th of July, was a huge success. A big thankyou to all those who supported the day which raised a substantial amount towards the Cricket Clubs fundraising campaign.
Those in the prizes included;
Team Prize 1st: Steve Shipley 8, Angelo (from Sweetwoods), Chris Wallington 25, Olly Filmer 20
Team Prize 2nd: Ken Williams 24, Sam Howes 8, Steve Wilding 11, Rodger Poulsom 19
Individual Winners: 1st – Gordon Rose | 2nd – Steve Shipley | 3rd – Ken Williams
Well done to Rodger Poulsom and Chris Wallington for arranging a well organised day with fantastic prizes including the raffle. Also thanks to the drinks maidens, Katie, Kirsten and Becky keeping the golfers well saturated on the 7th and 15th tees.

Brilliant game in the dark against the Dutch tourists! Congratulations to Ian Minky Moore for his MoM award and to Jonny Shepherdson for leading the team to victory.
Looking forward to a possible 2018 tour on their turf!

Our annual club pre-drinks will be held after our first pre-season friendlies on the 16th April. Drinks will start from 7pm at the Kentish Hare and continue on into Tunbridge Wells later on in the evening. Hope to see everyone there to celebrate the successes of last year and look forward to the new season!
