2025 Club Events & Fundraising

2025 will see focus moving back to the New Community Pavilion on the Arthur Nicholson, it is really exciting to see the architect appointed and the initial designs being developed for the new pavilion. Anyone who has been in and around the pavilion would understand the desperate need for this.

As usual the cricket club will be involved in a number of fun fundraising events not only for Pavilion fund but also the financial requirements for the club. The events are always good fun and enjoyable.

These include; 

• Our Annual Golf day at Sweetwoods Golf club on 18th July
• The successful Race Night returns at the Village Hall on Saturday 15th of November
• Awards dinner and casino night will be on 4th October
• 6-a-side Inter Village cricket competition for anyone in the village who would like to take part regardless of ability (14ys +). A chance to hit your neighbours for six! This will be a lot of fun with Bar & BBQ, the date set is Sunday
  20th July.
• A village fete is planned for the 6th September where there will be all sorts of fun events and details on our new exciting draw with first Prize being a new car.
